Job Description: We are looking for a special kind of person – a St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do. The Administration Officer, will primarily reconcile and align third-party work orders originating from the Digital Care Platform (DCP) to corresponding purchase orders and invoices in the financial system, ensuring accurate classification against Support at Home service lines and budget codes. This involves managing the end-to-end purchase order and invoice lifecycle, including raising, receipting, three-way matching, and resolving exceptions in a timely manner. A key aspect of the role is liaising with care partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to confirm service authorisations, resolve transactional discrepancies, and maintain the integrity of procurement data across DCP and D365 financial operations (FinOps). Alongside the transactional processing responsibilities, the role contributes to identifying and addressing data quality gaps between DCP and FinOps, providing frontline insights to improve system alignment, mapping accuracy, and reporting reliability.
