What will you do?: As Street Lead Post, you ensure that the production on the Post line runs smoothly and efficiently. You are the go-to person for your team, coordinate with other production and expedition lines, and maintain oversight from start to finish. You work hands-on in daily operations while also improving processes and ensuring everyone in your team knows what needs to be done. Your tasks include: Opening and closing the Post line and planning the day’s schedule; Organizing team staffing and dividing tasks clearly within your team; Managing business and batch orders, ensuring proper follow-up and quality control; You make sure that every package is handled efficiently and carefully, and handed over to the drivers of all postal carriers throughout the day; Communicating with other streets but also departments such as Inventory, Cust...
