Job Location BOSTON GO & TECH CENTER: Job Description: About the Role: The Digital Graphic Designer is a versatile, hands - on maker—someone who can concept, design, adapt, and produce across formats . We’re looking for someone who is comfortable flexing across design, light video, and digital production, and someone who embraces AI as an accelerator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high velocity environment, enjoys variety over specialization, and takes pride in getting great work out the door—quickly. What You’ll Do: Create Across Formats: Design and produce assets for: eCommerce (PDPs, banners, thumbnails) Social (static, short form video, simple animations) Retail media and CRM: Adapt master creative into multiple sizes, formats, and channel requirements Design & Production: Execute basic to intermediate design work using Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma Perform photo retouching, compositing, and light illustration Edit short form video using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Ensure brand consistency while moving fast ; understand our design language and brand standards to implement across multiple touchpoints.
