About the Role: We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) Solutions revenue across a portfolio of pharmaceutical, Contract Research Organisation (CRO), and academic sponsor accounts. The role handles per-study licensing, renewals, solution bundling, and customer relationship management across both Wiley direct and partner-originated deals. The role works alongside the broader COA Solutions commercial team and our strategic delivery partner. The role reports to the Senior Manager, COA Solutions. Job Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of COA licensing and solutions accounts, handling the full deal cycle from initial enquiry through scoping, pricing, negotiation, and close.
