What you'll be doing: We are seeking a dynamic Head of Client Partnerships to lead and grow our NYC-based account management team. You will manage a team of 6 account managers while personally handling a portfolio of key clients. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth, while collaborating closely with delivery, engineering, and sales teams. Key responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6+ account managers, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs including CM0 and NRR. - Personally manage a $2M+ portfolio across at least one account, ensuring client satisfaction and growth. - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within key accounts. - Develop and execute account growth strategies, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-fun...
