Housing Advisor (Tenancy Management Advisor) Rochester (Hybrid): Up to £30,000: Would you like to join Hyde as a Tenancy Management Advisor? We are now seeking a Tenancy Management Advisor to join our frontline Neighbourhoods & Tenancy Services team and play a key role in delivering a responsive, customer-focused housing service. What you’ll be doing: - Act as the first point of contact for ASB and tenancy management queries (desirable but not essential) - Provide clear, accurate advice and guidance to customers - Support early intervention approaches including mediation and prevention - Manage and update case records accurately using CRM systems - Support tenancy changes including joint-to-sole applications, household updates and bereavement cases - Investigate issues such as abandonment, illegal subletting and tenancy breaches - Carry out risk assessments and support case planning - Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies including police, local authorities and safeguarding partners - Ensure full compliance with housing legislation, safeg...
