Assistant Field Manager- Commercial Landscape Construction

Job description

Responsibilities: - Ability to coordinate, plan and execute jobs while assisting the onsite Field Manager - Responsible for maintaining heavy equipment including preventative maintenance, and any additional tools necessary - Familiarity with overseeing safety and monitoring proper PPE onsite - Ability to assist the Field Manager with overseeing job site quality and productivity - Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times - Coordinate the daily work schedule with the Field Manager - Assist in training and managing personnel assigned to the crew Qualifications: - 5 + year's experience in one or more of the following categories , landscape construction, hardscape, masonry, carpentry, irrigation , equipment operations. - Must be willing to travel - Effective communication skills - Strong organizational skills - Construction background or experience - Strong work ethic What we provide: - Competitive salary - On the job training - Medical benefits with dental and vision - Flexible Spending Account - 401(k) plan - Flexible work/life balance - Family-oriented company culture General description: Ruppert Landscape is a commercial landscape construction and m...
