Job description

This role is responsible for identifying and improving the outcomes of warehousing and operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction, while ensuring a safe working environment. The analyst will have an indirect leadership role at the DC and will work with the rest of the local leadership team to achieve desired operational outcomes, comply with all company policies, and embrace a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Building the safety culture, including Behavior Based Safety analytics / reports and safety assessment coordination. Managing the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system as a power user, optimizing warehouse processes in receiving, picking, shipping, cycle counting, office and reporting. Building the housekeeping culture through 5S education / execution and zone audits. Driving accuracy improvements through error analytics / reporting, standard work instructions, and preventative measures.
