Description The Counter /Warehouse Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive and specialty coatings environment. This role focuses on counter sales, assisting walk-in and phone customers, processing orders, paint mixing, and supporting daily store operations. In addition, the position supports warehouse responsibilities including inventory handling, order staging, shipping/receiving, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, dependable, and comfortable working with paint products, coatings equipment, and warehouse materials.
