Hourly Pay Range: $56.44 - $70.58 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) – Primary Care - Location: 21481 N. Rand Rd., Kildeer, IL 60047 - Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 40 hour week - Hours: Between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm - Rotating Saturdays, 8:00am - 12:00pm - Rotating Call Schedule - Required Travel: Potential travel to other local offices as needed Job Description: Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in the Primary Care Department. Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s), provides care to patients. Obtains detailed history and performs physical examinations, orders imaging, lab tests and diagnostic procedures and interprets results. Instructs patients on the prescribed therapeutic regimen and pre/post operative instructions. Maintains records and writes progress notes on status, treatments and procedures.
