Discord is seeking a Recruiting Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team. In this high-impact role, you'll report to our Sr. Director of Analytics, Systems, and Operations and serve as the dedicated analytics partner to our Recruiting function. As a strategic advisor to Recruiting leadership, you'll leverage data to optimize our hiring processes—identifying bottlenecks, building predictive models, designing dashboards, and conducting deep-dive analyses to measure and improve recruiting effectiveness.
