YOUR OPPORTUNITY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full-cycle, high-volume recruiting to support timely hiring across union and non-union operations, including production, farm, and support roles in an integrated agriculture company. This role owns the candidate pipeline from application through onboarding, partners with hiring leaders, and implements effective strategies to attract and place talent across the organization.
