To maintain accurate and complete Medical Records through hands-on chart review management, chart analysis and concurrent chart auditing during the admission of a patient until discharge. Minimum Qualifications: Experience HIM tech or healthcare setting as a medical record technician, record clerk, unit secretary, or similar position. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, office equipment. Experience and knowledge of medical terminology. Additional Considerations: Demonstrated experience with filing systems strongly preferred. Experience working in a medical setting, psychiatric/mental health hospital preferred.
