Brand Manager Advance Italy Your Role: We are looking for a Brand Manager for Adva nce to join Affinity’s Italian marketing team . This position is based in Milan and will report directly to the local Marketing Director. The Brand Manager will be fully accountable for Advance brand development locally, defining and executing winning plans with consumers and veterinarians, with the main aim to accelerate its market share . At the same time, he will ensure coordination with the brand’s Global team to protect the brand’s equity and alignment with global strategy. What you will do: - Be the expert of the category and B rand under her/his responsibility locally (Italy) : tracking sell-out performance, competitors’ innovation, communication, promotional initiatives… - Conduct regular business and consumer follow-ups and an a nnual business review to identify local needs and new growth opportunities - Create annua l marketing plan : M edia & communication strategy & consumer promotion activities in order to boost sales and grow the category - Defin e local I nnovation pipeline and preparation of launch plans together with Commercial Excellence team - Follo w- up of the brand ’s A&P in the...
