Operations Associate Department: Core Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Zinc - London: Reporting To: Jaredd Jose: Compensation: £31,000 / year: Description: What The Role Is 💼 You’ll be joining the Operations team and have a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience from different commercial business areas directly from key leaders in the business in a scaling start-up. This role will give you invaluable exposure to different core areas of a business where you’ll be able to collaborate on different projects with various departments, supporting our Operations Analysts to amplify the core Operational tasks. Additionally, as part of the Ops Associate Rotational Programme, you'll rotate through one of four departments — Marketing, Operations, Customer, and Revenue — each quarter, spending 30% of your time on a dedicated project to build cross-functional skills and business insight.
