This role is responsible for converting leads into clients by conducting fitness assessments, recommending training programs, and closing package sales. The role also supports client success through mid-point reassessments and program adjustments while assisting the trainer team with program design. This individual will represent the brand in the community through field marketing, van drives, wellness tables, and local outreach events.
