Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. - Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. Preferred qualifications: - Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders. - Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context (e.g., Google Ads) with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and drive growth. - Experience building an international business, including developing and executing expansion plans, and working in multiple countries and cultures. - Ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google. - Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
