This role demands a financial expert to lead and optimize our financial processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and enhancing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor accounting operations staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Oversee financial processes, including project administration, financial reporting, invoicing, and accounts payable. Leverage technology and data insights to improve team performance and decision-making.
