Join our HR team to partner with leaders and employees in driving a people strategy aligned with company goals.In this role, you will collaborat with internal clients in implementing the human resources management policy aligned with the company’s strategy and objectives. You will be acting as a strategic advisor to leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent management, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal HR frameworks. We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner dedicated for direct production and warehouse area, located in Bieruń for a hybrud schedule, pernament contract arrangement.
