Role Description Allianz Specialty have a fantastic opportunity for a Agile Delivery Manager to join our family of talented people in the Transformation Change Team. The Agile Delivery Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the long-lived team ‘train’ (or interlinked project objectives) which is set up across and aligned to the relevant business area. You will have direct line management of the change roles and project management of other key project resource such as Allianz technology. In this role you will plan and manage a delivery train to achieve a defined set of business objectives which are aligned to the business strategy within agreed parameters of cost, time and quality. This may be a number of complex projects across functions and could involve transformational/strategic change. Salary Information: Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package. Key Accountabilities: - Manage the delivery train activities (end to end delivery of multiple concurrent change initiatives and projects) on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Programme Sponsor through the Change Management Framework.
