Overview The Director, Strategic Clients Solutions (SCS Enterprise) will be the primary strategic account manager (“AM”) who maintains and expands relationships with key accounts. Assigned a named portfolio of accounts, the AM is responsible for account management, retention, and institutionalization and year-over-year-growth. Working in partnership with the assigned Business Developer(s), the AM represents the entire range of Consilio services to assigned accounts. Within these accounts, the AM is critical to leading client account planning and research and ensuring client’s needs and expectations are met by Consilio. The AM does this by building relationships with the client, stewarding internal resources across product lines and geographies, ultimately ensuring continuity, a high level of client satisfaction and exceeding all client expectations. This position is a client facing role requiring interaction with senior personnel at each account, including executive level leadership. Travel will be required as needed.
