Job Description Packaging Clerk FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt: DEPARTMENT: Operations: REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor: PAY RANGE: $15.69 - $16.16 per hour Position Summary: The First Electronics Corporation (FEC) is an engineering and custom cable manufacturing company. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, FEC is AS9100D and IPC/WHMA-A-620 certified and provides custom cable design and assembly to defense and aerospace customers. Our major customers include leading defense contractors such as Raytheon, BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, and The United States Government. Minimum Qualifications: Education - High school diploma or GED preferred but not required Experience: - No prior experience required - Previous warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not necessary Knowledge: - Basic understanding of workplace safety and packaging procedures - Willingness to learn company packaging and shipping processes Skills: - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions - Attention to detail when packaging and labeling products - Ability to work efficiently in a team environment - Ability to accurately count and verify items - Strong work ethic and reliability Job Respons...
