The Hartford’s Corporate IT organization is seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven Staff Software Engineer (Hybrid) to work on an Agile team supporting applications across Human Resources, Law, and Shared Services. This role builds and supports both investment and maintenance work for a portfolio of applications that enable employee lifecycle processes, legal operations, compliance, and shared enterprise services. The Staff Software Engineer has end‑to‑end responsibility for designing, building, and supporting solutions across multiple platforms and technologies. The primary focus of the role is AWS‑based data integration and transformation, with an emphasis on AWS Glue, along with Tableau and data experience.
