Job Description Overview: As a SPCM/PCM, you will add value to project/programme teams on niche and high-profile schemes across the infrastructure sector for our reputable clients. You will be tasked with fulfilling a range of responsibilities, tailored to the specific needs of the project or program you are contributing to. Some of those purposes are listed below. Your role: - Where required, Supervision and management of a Project Controls team. As an inspirational leader, you will set individuals' objectives, review performance, undertake appraisals, provide ongoing formal and informal feedback, and ensure all staff know what they must achieve and how they're performing against their objectives.
