Job Summary The Senior Flight Test Engineer is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and analysis of flight tests for new or modified aerospace vehicles and systems. This role involves overseeing test programs, ensuring safety and compliance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to advance aircraft performance, reliability, and safety. The Senior Flight Test Engineer is expected to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and play a critical role in high-stakes, complex testing environments.
