Missions Aperam, a global player in stainless steel, is looking for a Laser Application Researcher to drive the development of new applications for laser technologies in the steel industry. The Laser Application Engineer will be accountable to manage R&D projects and to technically support industrialization and business development. The Laser Application Engineer will report to the Head of R&D laser program. Among the missions of the chosen candidate there will be the development of innovative steel surfaces, identification and proof-of-concept of opportunities to breakthrough steel production processes, as well as to build-up a network with universities, laser producers and integrators that can bring value to Aperam.
