Overview: The Executive Development Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of executive development initiatives for our director-and-above population—translating business needs into program plans, aligned stakeholder decisions, and high-quality learning experiences. This role blends strategic planning with rigorous execution, including defining scope and success metrics, building project timelines, coordinating with internal and external partners, and managing communications. You’ll partner with senior leaders and People Partners to diagnose priorities, align on requirements, and drive program governance and continuous improvement.
