Discover more at www.necsws.com: Job Description: An opportunity has arisen to join the Central Mersey diabetic eye screening programme. We are looking for someone to join the screening team covering clinics throughout Warrington, St Helens, Halton & Knowsley. This role is for a 12 month fixed-term contract. Our screeners are the heart of NEC Care spending time on the ground, helping our patients. As a screener, you'll run local clinics for our patients and photograph their eyes to assess for diabetic retinopathy. We'll need you to be empathetic and able to talk to patients daily. You'll be supported undertaking your training, but once completed will be working largely unsupervised in a pressured environment, so a cool head is essential!
