Academic Req: Required – Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention Work experience: Required – At least one (1) year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, or quality assurance or compliance. Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Devotes time to ensure access to the program and utilizes the authority of the role to question staff, managers, and supervisors in order to guide implementation of the care provider facility's policies and procedures and effectuate change in respect to operations and activities that influence the Prevention of Sexual Abuse objectives. 2. Perform a variety of administrative support tasks involving the implementation of federal policy, to include management of information that is highly confidential. 3.
