Production Supervisor (Nights)

Winpak Portion Packaging is seeking a Production Supervisor (Nights) to join our Production team based out of South Chicago Heights, IL . In this role, you will lead daily manufacturing operations, coach and develop production employees, and help drive safety, quality, efficiency, and performance across the shift. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced production environment. You will play a key role in supporting plant performance while ensuring employees have the direction, tools, and support needed to succeed.
