What You'll Be Doing?: - Setting up quality analysis and supplier audit plans by making risk assessment on products and supplier level - Organizing supplier audits in terms of food and product safety - Checking product labels in accordance with legal regulations, customer expectations and company demands - Creating supplier scorecards, informing categories on supplier performance results. - Following up customer complaints regarding product safety and quality regarding products, requesting corrective action from suppliers when necessary, and informing relevant departments. - Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and fulfillment of responsibilities related to e-commerce. -...
