This role ensures all leasing activities comply with federal, state, and local housing regulations while maintaining accurate waitlists and reporting occupancy data to syndicators and regulatory agencies. The manager supervises the administration of multiple waitlist systems and ensures proper applicant processing, certification, and documentation.
