Overview Job Summary: The Quality Director provides leadership in the planning and delivery of quality management throughout the hospital. Responsible for the overall management of the Quality, Performance Improvement and Risk departments. Leads and manages all aspects of the daily operations including financial/resource management, quality, performance improvement and personnel management. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Develops, implements and evaluates budget and department policy. Demonstrates through behavior Decatur Morgan Hospital’s mission, vision and values.
