Job Description: As a Partner Success Specialist within the PAL operations team you should have a solid experience with the end- to-end sales & partnerships, operations and processes including onboarding, reporting, and administrative & CRM support . You will manage the activation, on-boarding, and maintenance of Partners. You also will require strong collaboration skills, the ability to multi-task multiple complex projects simultaneously. This position will report to the Director, Global Head, Channel Partnerships, PAL. The Dow Jones Partners and Licensing team (PAL) fosters and grows relationships with Partners and Licensors around the world, helping to power the Professional Information Business, the B2B division of Dow Jones & Company. You Will: Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities for new and/or existing partners including providing operations and administrative support to the different teams within PAL to enable them to reduce inefficiencies and overall admin work Support and work with the PAL team in successfully onboarding partners once agreements are signed or modified.
