Description: ****Average hourly rate is $18.48 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)**** Do you love helping kids and families? What You’ll Do: As a Support Worker , you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You’ll: - Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution. - Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives. - Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families. What You Need: - A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services. - 2 Years previous work experience with children and families - A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
