Are you passionate about planning great events to grow and develop young leaders in who they are, their faith and their practical leadership skills? Here at CYC – Christian Youth Camps, a significant part of our ministry is not just to our campers and families, but also the opportunity that we have to develop our emerging adult leaders in their faith, leadership and who they are. The temporary community of camp offers a context with which to build a depth of relationship, as well as an opportunity for expedited growth through hands on, action reflection style leadership learning. Whether it is through leading on camp or engaging with our training events, resources and content, our desire is for leaders to leave their camp experience better equipped in who they are, their faith and their leadership. Through this, we seek to better equip leaders to serve in their local church, school, university or workplace, as well as in the rest of life. Through this two-day-a-week role , you will work with our Leadership Development Coordinator to plan and implement a range of leadership events, as well as our annual EQUIP Leadership camp.
