Job Summary: As a pivotal member of the Core Engineering team, the Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for building, improving, and maintaining a high-performance, highly available, distributed online video Ad Server system. This role involves working closely with Product Managers (PMs) to build features for business needs and collaborating on technical specifications to determine operational feasibility. The successful candidate will oversee the complete lifecycle of software development, including designing, prototyping, implementation, testing, maintenance, and technical support, while providing technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
