Job Description Summary We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader, Operational Excellence & Standards Leader to drive operational excellence across our North America Services organization. This leader will be responsible for improving service delivery performance, leading lean transformation initiatives, standardizing processes, and building a culture of continuous improvement across the region. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with deep expertise in lean principles, business process improvement, and change management. This role will partner closely with service operations, field teams, supply chain, commercial, and functional leaders to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction.
