POSITION SUMMARY: Prepare masters by sanding and applying release agents in various stages until completed Job Description: Mold Maintenance Overview: - Conditions and reconditions molds for fabrications of hull, deck and small parts. - Ensures overall quality of the produced part including inspecting molds and noting defects for repair. - Typically requires a high school education and some prior related lamination work experience or auto body repair experience.
