Role Description: The Business Change Lead supports delivery of low to medium complexity business change initiatives , working closely with a Project Manager to ensure successful outcomes for agreed stakeholders. The role leads and manages defined change activities within a specific business area, supports P3 integration, and helps ensure project and change management processes are aligned, coordinated, and effective.
