Senior Facilities Multi-Services Manager (Level M) Company: Aerospace Composite Center, LLC Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS ) is seeking a Senior Facilities Multi-Services Manager (Level M) to lead the Aerospace Composites Center Facilities team in Hazelwood, MO! The Aerospace Composites Center has state-of-the-art enabled capabilities and operates to support Boeing’s Fighter Programs. Position Responsibilities: This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. - Manages and integrates employee and mid-level management within the facilities occupation including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance. - Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives. - Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. - Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers,...
