In this role, you will drive both the technical architecture and the operational development of our core HRIS platform (Workday), while also providing hands-on leadership to ensure an excellent employee experience and a winning workplace culture across our HR systems landscape. You will operate at the intersection of system architecture, process design, and our users— guiding our HR community of HRIS users, shaping our technology roadmap, and ensuring that our HR systems are robust, scalable, and user-centered. This is a senior role that requires both deep technical expertise and strong collaboration skills.
