A quick look at the role The Senior Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for developing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes to deliver safe, efficient, and consistent polymer production at the Redcar site. Using data-driven analysis and Lean Manufacturing principles, the Senior Continuous Improvement Manager collaborates with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve process performance, reduce downtime, and maintain product quality. The role also supports the implementation of new systems and ensures effective process documentation and tools are in place for shop-floor operations.
