ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Educate the guest in the area of health enhancement and wellness and sell related retail products - Recommend appropriate products or services according to guests need - Be knowledgeable and up to date on current service offerings, promotions, and/or policies - Manage service time according to current protocols determined by management - Analyze patrons’ hair and other physical features to determine and recommend beauty treatment or suggest hair styles - Provides guests with quality services in the following areas: Nail Care, Hair Care - Update and maintain customer information records, such as beauty services provided - Cover all hours determined by schedule - Maintaining cleanliness of the Spa and stocking as needed or directed i...
