Job Title: Field Supervisor – Structural & Misc. Metals Installation Work Area: Candidates should be based near Georgetown, DE; Sterling, VA; Baltimore, MD; or Washington, DC Job Type: Direct Hire Pay: $32–$38/hour Perks: Company truck and fuel card provided Position Summary: We are hiring an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee installation crews working on stairs, railings, and other miscellaneous metal projects. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day job site operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining strict safety standards on active construction sites.
