In honor of 50 years of loyal, dedicated service, the Victor J. Baxt Scholarship, honors an important leader in our company’s history. The scholarship will be awarded annually to one student from the University of Rhode Island who meets the following criteria: The scholarship annual value is $3,500 and will be presented to the University and credited to the student’s tuition invoice for one year. At no time will the scholarship funds be paid directly to the student. Failure to remain in good academic standing or complete the field of study noted will forfeit eligibility to participate in the program for the subsequent semester.
