As Senior Payroll Specialist with Dutch you will be accountable for executing payroll for Alcon associates in adherence with the Payroll Service Center service levels (SLAs), key process, and operational metrics (KPIs). In this role, a typical day will include: - Applying advanced knowledge and understanding of payroll processing for Belgium . - Collecting, reviewing, and aggregating payroll data inputs from multiple upstream sources (automated and non-automated) for assigned country payrolls. - Working independently with minimal supervision. - Ensuing process documentation is kept up-to-date. - Monitoring supplier payroll processing and compliance activities and reviewing outputs for completeness and accuracy. - Troublesho...
