Join Pediatric Home Service as part of our new Hospital to Home team , where you'll play a key role in helping medically complex children safely transition from the hospital back to the place they belong—home. THE POSITION: Location: Minneapolis St-Paul area (statewide travel as needed) Schedule: Monday-Friday, available 5 days. Flexible and able to work up to 12 hour shifts.
