As a Patient Recruitment Lead at ICON, you will play a critical role in driving patient recruitment strategies for clinical trials. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that patient recruitment goals are met, while fostering positive patient experiences and contributing to the success of clinical research initiatives. What You Will Be Doing: Leading the development and execution of patient recruitment strategies to ensure timely enrollment in clinical trials.
