POSITION PURPOSE Responsible for assisting the Recovery Assistant Manager in contacting assigned members who are past due on their advanced delinquent loans to make satisfactory payment arrangements. Works with members to achieve credit worthy status. Ensure SAFE is in compliance with collection, repossession, real estate, and bankruptcy regulations. Works directly with collection agencies to ensure loans are properly assigned. Assist the bankruptcy specialist and repossession specialist in their duties. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
